Honda Odyssey Service Manual: Multi-Information Switch Test/Replacement

NOTE: SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations, and precautions and procedures   before doing repairs or servicing.

1. Remove the driver's airbag assembly.

2. Remove the three screws (A), then remove the steering wheel trim (B), and disconnect connectors (C) from each switches.

3. Remove the cover (D).

4. Remove the switch mounting screws (E), then remove the multi-information switch (F) from the steering wheel trim.

5. Measure the resistance between terminals No. 1 and No. 5 in each position according to the table.

   Position	Resistance
   ^	About 33 ?
   SEL/RESET	About 1043 ?
   Ў	About 363 ?

6. If the switch is OK, but there is a problem with the switch function, check the cable reel subharness and cable reel.
