Special Tools Required

  • KTC Trim Tool Set SOJATP2014
  • *Available through the Honda Tool and Equipment Program; call 888-424-6857

Normal

NOTE:

  • Take care not to tear or damage the seat covers.

  • Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.

  1. Remove the armrest (A).

    1. Remove the cap (B) with the appropriate trim tool.

    1. Remove the armrest center bolt (C) and the wave washer (D).

    1. If necessary, remove the bushings (E) or the center pin (F).

  2. BADEC10 x 1.2547 N·m(4.8 kgf·m,35 lbf·ft)F10 x 1.2547 N·m(4.8 kgf·m,35 lbf·ft)E
  1. Install the armrest in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

    • Make sure the bushings are installed properly.

    • Make sure the cap is installed correctly.

NOTE:

  • Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.

  1. Remove the armrest (A).

    1. Remove the cap (B) with a trim tool.

    1. Remove the armrest center bolt (C), then remove the armrest.

  2. BAC10 x 1.2520 N·m(2.0 kgf·m,15 lbf·ft)
  1. Install the armrest in the reverse order of removal, and make sure the cap is installed correctly.
