  • KTC Trim Tool Set SOJATP2014
  • *Available through the Honda Tool and Equipment Program; call 888-424-6857

NOTE:

  • Put on gloves to protect your hands.

  • Take care not to tear or damage the seat covers.

  • Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.

  • The left second row seat is shown; the right second row seat is similar.

  1. Separate the seat cushion.

  1. Release the hook strips (A) from under the seat cushion.

  2. A

  1. Release the hook strips (A) from under the seat cushion.

  2. AAA
  1. Release the hook strips (A) from both sides the seat cushion.

  2. AA

  1. Remove the seat cushion cover/pad (A) from the seat frame (B).

  2. AB
  1. Release the upholstery ring (A) fastening the seat cushion cover (B) on both sides of the seat cushion pad.

  2. BAReplace.

  1. Pull back the edge of the seat cushion cover (A) all the way around, and release the upholstery rings (B), then remove the cover.

  2. ABReplace.BReplace.
  1. Install the cushion cover in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

    • To prevent wrinkles when installing the seat cushion cover, make sure the material is stretched evenly over the pad before securing the upholstery rings.

    • Replace all of the upholstery rings (A) fastening the seat cushion cover (B) to the pad wires (C) with new ones using commercially available upholstery ring pliers (D).
