NOTE:

  • Put on gloves to protect your hands.

  • When prying with a flat-tip screwdriver, wrap it with protective tape to prevent damage.

  1. Carefully push on the top edge of the mirror holder (A) by hand.

  2. BAC
  3. Put a shop towel in the opening between the bottom edge of the mirror holder and the mirror housing (B) to prevent scratches. Insert a flat-tip screwdriver under the mirror holder, and release the lower hooks (C).

  1. Carefully pull out the bottom edge of the mirror holder (A), then release the upper hooks (B) from the actuator (C).

  2. CBAD
  3. For some models: Disconnect the mirror defogger terminals (D).

  1. Before reinstalling the mirror holder to the actuator (A), check the actuator rods (B) and the actuator boots (C).

    NOTE: Make sure each actuator rod is inserted into the actuator securely, and each actuator boot is fully seated on the actuator.

  3. For some models: Reconnect the mirror defogger terminals.

  4. Reattach the hooks on the mirror holder to the actuator, then position the mirror holder on the actuator. Carefully push on the hook areas of the mirror holder until the mirror holder locks into place.

  5. Check the actuator operation.
