Rear Evaporator Temperature Sensor Replacement (With Climate Control)

SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations   and the precautions and procedures   before doing repairs or service.

  1. Remove the rear HVAC unit.

  1. Disconnect the 2P connector (A) from the rear evaporator temperature sensor (B), then detach the connector clip (C). Remove the self-tapping screw and the rear evaporator temperature sensor from the rear HVAC unit.

  2. Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal.

Humidity/In-Car Temperature Sensor Replacement (With Climate Control)

  1. Remove the center lower console.

  1. Remove the humidity/in-car temperature sensor (A) from the center lower console.

  2. Install the sensor in the reverse order of removal. Be sure to connect the air hose securely.
