SRS components are located in this area. Review the SRS component locations   and the precautions and procedures   before doing repairs or service.

NOTE: Put on gloves to protect your hands.

  1. Remove the headliner.

  1. Remove the screws, then remove the motor (A).

    2. Fastener Locations? : Screw, 3A5 x 0.8 mm4.2 N·m(0.43 kgf·m, 3.1 lbf·ft)

  2. Install the motor in the reverse order of removal, and note these items:

    • Reset the moonroof control unit.

    • Make sure the motor operations properly.
