Honda Odyssey Service Manual: Third Row Seat Latch Replacement

Special Tools Required

• KTC Trim Tool Set SOJATP2014

*Available through the Honda Tool and Equipment Program; call 888-424-6857

NOTE:

• Put on gloves to protect your hands.

• Take care not to tear or damage the seat covers.

• Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.

1. Stand the third row seat upright, and hold it.

1. Remove the foot cover.

3. While holding the seat upright, remove the bolts securing the latch (A), and disconnect the cable (B) by releasing the push nut (C), then remove the latch.

   NOTE: Replace the push nut you removed with a new one.

4. Install the latch (A) in the reverse order of removal, and move it left or right until it is centered on the striker.
