Honda Odyssey Service Manual: Sliding Door Guide Pin Replacement

  1. Remove the guide pin covers (A), then remove the guide pins (B).

  2. B8 x 1.25 mm22 N·m (2.2 kgf·m, 16 lbf·ft)AApply thread lock.
  3. Install the guide pins in the reverse order of removal, and apply medium strength liquid thread lock to the threads of the guide pins before reinstallation.

CESS Articulated Harness Replacement

  1. Remove the sliding door sill trim, and the sliding door panel.

  1. Disconnect the connectors (A) from the CESS articulated harness (B).

  2. With power sliding door

    Without power sliding door

    ABA
  3. Remove the bolt and two screws, then remove the CESS articulated harness.

  4. Install in the reverse order of removal.
