NOTE:

  • Put on gloves to protect your hands.

  • Take care not to scratch the tailgate.

  • Use the appropriate tool from the KTC trim tool set to avoid damage when removing components.

  1. Remove the tailgate lower trim panel.

  1. From inside the tailgate, remove the nuts.

    2. Fastener Locations? : Nut, 35 x 0.8 mm4.9 N
